What a day that was!Going to Lord's is a wonderful day out; you'll have a great time there. I've never been to see a Test there, but I loved it when I went. Mind, that was the One Day Cup Final in 2014; I think all Durham fans enjoyed it that day!
You'll be fine mate, it's not as stuck up as you might imagine. Just a lot of knowledgeable cricket folk. It's how a test match should be.I'm off on Friday. Been before to watch Yorkshire but never for a Test match. Worried I'm going to be a fish out of water![]()
By the way, it's only two cans or a bottle of wine. What you wanna know?
Can bring in 4 cans or a bottle of wide, but the bars there are canny.

This ^ it's class. I'd only been to the Oval prior to going to Lords and it's completely different (for the better). You can't move for wankers at the Oval. It's absolutely brilliant. For those that think it's pretentious, it's just cricket but with some older folks in shirt and tie and no wankers in fancy dress making beer snakes
Take your own booze in. Have lunch on the nursery ground or behind the Warner stand. It gets bloody busy tho
