That was switched off years back surely? It might be something to do with the Pontop Pike TV mast.
I'm sure I heard, viewers in that area, had to retune their tv's.
I could be wrong though.

Dunno, mate. That was switched off years back surely?
I think it was shut down a few years back when freeview came in, with the extra channels.Dunno, mate.
Am sure I heard something the other day, about having to retune for BBC local TV in the PP transmitter area.
I could be wrong, mind you
Not an expert but surely Haggerston is Chatton transmitter?I think it was shut down a few years back when freeview came in, with the extra channels.
When I went on my hols to Haggerston, people walked past the van, amazed at the clear picture i got, as I bought a cheap freeview box and they had only the blurred pictures from the likes of the antennas
Haggerston has to but new tellies site wide when they were all turned off a few years back.
Yep and that was switched off years backNot an expert but surely Haggerston is Chatton transmitter?
Don't think so like, that's where my aerial is pointing!Yep and that was switched off years back
I thought they turned all old analogue transmitters off a few years back when freeview came in?Don't think so like, that's where my aerial is pointing!
Soz, I misunderstood, yes all analogue transmitters were turned off, but my digital signal comes from Chatton.I thought they turned all old analogue transmitters off a few years back when freeview came in?
