Talking about central. It does not represent England any more (if it ever did) , it has become a cess pit and is comprised of tourists, wrong uns and the uber rich. Coming from someone who lived in a London zone for 10 years and worked/works in central, what a relief it is to get away from it these days.

Would hate to work or live anywhere near it.

Must be getting old. Used to love it but I was there last month and for the first time thought nah get me back up north. Probably dealing with them on a daily basis at work hasn't helped my opinion of the people

Where do you live now lad?

Lots to do there?
You're not far from London I guess.
Nice countryside, lovely village but one of, if not the most, expensive places to live in the UK. Would love to move to Northumberland and buy land there if there were no ties.

Love London. Feels like the Capital of the World.

Wouldn't want to live there but I wouldnt want to be too far from it either. 90 mins away feels about right.

It's class like, just a shame it is obscenely expensive to live anywhere decent, and near impossible to buy unless you've got a huge wedge of inheritance cash or work in some soul crushing but very well paid finance job.
Get yer euro millions on tonight bonny lad. Flash London place, yer own music venue pub, your own record label......youll be steffe graffin.

Those of us lucky enough to have bought are now a lot nearer the end of the conveyor belt than the start. Mind once you move out a bit there's no chance of buying a similar place back in a bit unless you win a lottery.
