We use ours quite a bit now. Use it for the nursery run and getting out of London at the weekend.No idea why people have cars in That London. Much easier to go round on public transport.
North East is fine if you live on a main route.

Will it reduce the amount of cars on the road? Not by enough. (Not that I have any great answers on how to reduce the congestion on London's roads).It's desperately required and if anything doesn't go far enough.
