Lockdown Fatties of the SMB

The first couple of weeks of lockdown I started gaining weight, I was having high calorie breakfasts and dinners, boozing more and feeling shite. My running was down due to an injury. One day I was disgusted with how much weight I put on I decided enough was enough, went back to a normal work day routine, set meals and less crap. Went 30 days without a drink recently, I'm all or nothing with booze, no point in having a couple.

I upped my cycling and running more. I'm 1lb down from my pre lockdown weight.
 


My weight has been pretty static - but my belly is getting fatter.

I'm running 2 or 3 times a week, cycling on other days and doing some home fitness stuff.

I am eating more (we've getting Mindful Chef boxes delivered - meals for 4 people and there's only 3 of us), drinking more (making our cocktails) and the best Indian Restaurant in Aberdeenshire is open for takeaways (Echt Tandoori - if anyone is ever in the neighbourhood).
