Loads still to be decided on the final day next Saturday in most of the leagues.

Prem still either sunderland or Gateshead fell to get relegated.18 points in it.

Dcl burnmoor or tudhoe to win the league. 13 points in it.
Relegation 1 from 3 teams. Hylton crook or marsden. Hylton currently sit 16 points clear of marsden and 4 clear of crook .

North east durham league

Not sure on that one. Can houghton still pip hunwick?

Final game is 20/09 in NEDL.

Houghton beat Hunwick yesterday leaving us 25 points behind with a game in hand (Hunwick free week next weekend). If we win our game in hand we will be 5 points adrift going into last game of season.

The league is in Hunwick's hands. Always the possibility of rain intervening and affecting the different scenarios as well. Will be fairly disappointed to not win the league having lost just twice all season mind (Sunday Sun league table has decided to just add defeats to most sides for apparent reason!)
 
South Shields back in the premier division! Either Washington, Eppleton or Brandon will finish 2nd
 
Finished our season in the HLSCL today, against Annfield Plain, who batted well despite having 9 men. Would have been an interesting game if they'd been at full capacity.

Wearmouth 2s are still in the title/promotion hunt, I believe, and I think the 1sts made themselves safe with victory yesterday.
 
South Shields 2XI team have been relegated from Premier Division. Brandon 3XI team promoted into Premier Division and Sunderland 3XI relegated into Division 1.

We threw the game away particularly in the field. 4 dropped catches and a missed run out dont get a team very far!

The Academy have had a poor season in the Premier League, 3rd bottom with just Sunderland who have lost a bundle of players and Gateshead Fell below them. I notice they got bowled out for less than a 100 again on Saturday. I know they say a group of teenagers playing against good club players can be inconsistent but they have only won one match all season in the league.
 
Bill Quay beat Murton to cement the second promotion place from Durham League Div 2. Probably should have won the League but we were very unlucky with the weather, having six games abandoned to Durham City's three and finishing about 15 points behind them in the end I believe. Still, we wanted to finish top two and did that, so we are happy enough!

Will be a harder league to get out of next year I think with an apparently cash-rich Burnopfield coming in. Does anyone know who else was relegated alongside Evenwood?

Either marsden crook or hylton will be relegated. Last round of fixtures this sat.

Well Done to Jeff and the team at the Quay excellent season and a job well done, wont be out of place in Div 1.

Wouldn't worry too much about Burnopfield YET for next season, rumblings in the hills have it that their current first team players are far from happy at all with their committees decision to change leagues!!

No chance of the fell picking up 18 points barring a miracle at CLS .
Fell 2nds favourites to go straight back up , playing south hetton and a few points in front of Whitburn 2's who have to go to washy .
