We weren’t like. Hung on against Bolton, Wycombe, MK Dons, Wigan to name but a few. We were finally caught out against Fleetwood. Since then we’ve lost a fair few, and looked good against relegation battling Cheltenham and Crewe.

The bloke talks absolute bollocks. I couldn’t care less if they’ve had a 90 minute meeting on defensive principles. We’re in November not August. Block the cross, win the headers, be strong. It’s not difficult yet we look like we’re playing without a back 4. Some players should be f***ing embarrassed and be handing in their notice.
Agree with most of that but it was Wimbledon not Wycombe marra

You think they do ?
Mentions our high press and getting stretched as a result ? We are not pressing we are dropping right off players giving them loads of space. Against Wednesday we were on average 3 yards away from the their players who had way too much time
I think the high press has been non-existent, lately. Nonetheless, I like the interview and I like what we're trying to do. The thoughts on Doyle are particularly pertinent, I think.

i am not sure if it is wanting us to lose or feeling as though we will lose that game. It does seem a general feeling among the supporters.
I’m not sure how “Hopefully Ipswich see him off” can be construed as anything other than wanting us to lose.

Your picking and choosing is ridiculous. Picking out the one game where “hanging on” didn’t result in a win then “lost a fair fee since then”, completely ignoring the other wins.

Shameful stuff.

Talks a lot of sense the vast majority of the time.

The hard part is translating that to the players on the field. If Flanagan and Doyle are going to be weak contesting headers, the full backs can’t stop crosses coming in and attacking players switch off when we lose possession there’s not a lot you can do.
So it's got nothing to do with his team selections, his in game management, and his awful substitutions?

He is a chancer saying small mistakes lead to bigger mistakes. Bollocks.
A mistake by us usually means our heads go down.
We also start to hide behind blades of grass, that's when it goes Pete tong.
To those who hang on to the wins as a great feat, this is Div 1 we are SAFC we need to act like it.
No arrogance, no Shirker's, and no giving up.

Of course they do, have a look into human factors.

Must be me but as a long time ( 1956 to present day ) supporter i think LJ is probably the most honest and sincere managers this club of ours has had .he is honest in his acceptance of the teams failings and sincere in his quest to mould the young players coming through .YES although the team is made up of senior pros and raw youngsters we must bear with them poor displays will happen . ,it's too soon to expect every game to be an advancement .

He does but his managerial career can be described as 'ok' or 'average'. He was ok-ish at Bristol City and he's done ok here, no better. I think where he annoys people, me included, is if you didn't know his managerial record you'd think he is a high achiever and he's not. He has the chance this year to get top two but if he doesn't it will just be another 'ok' year for Lee. He's quite similar to Steve Bruce - gets jobs but achieves very little.

He may be honest - the problem comes when he identifies problems but can't solve them - last 10 games last season - one win in ten. He may be honest but that doesn't make him good at his job.
