There's no such time, the use of a ships bell was to indicate the passage of a watch as nobody had a watch (timepiece). It is not the time!!!

Quite a few in Sunderland, is a special lane for buses, and for white vans and mini-vans for some bizarre reason, but most importantly so taxis can drive at 50 in a 30.
