It was Lindsay Denton being done for the attack on the convoy, which of course was proved inaccurate in Series 3.

Yes, me too I think. Although the shock of Daniel Mays character dying and Denton's return were huge in series 3.

I was absolutely gutted Daniel Mays character came to such an abrupt ending, he was brilliant albeit only briefly.

I have to admit not being happy when I saw he was in it as he's not one of my favourite actors - but I can't deny he was briefly brilliant and I did feel sympathy for the character.
