The timing of Kyrils statement looking more and more bizarre. He'd already chosen not to communicate with fans given that about a month went by with nothing. So the only reason I can see for putting one out when he did is that he thought they'd got someone sorted... now looking very amateurish (not for the first time) and even more so if Roesnior ends up at Burnley.
