People are peeved mainly due to writing off most of the season after royally screwing up the replacement for mowbray, and ending up with another manager who is probably similar in style he adopted this season and ability as Mowbray. It's the process and not for any great improvement that's the issue I think for people.
I should say I had no issues with Mowbray being sacked as I believed they would have done due diligence on possible replacements but I was obviously wrong, which in turn gives little hope they will change
