Liam Rosenior

So does he play defensive boring football or open attacking football? Cos I'm seeing both opinions coming out of Hull fans & pundits on twitter :lol:
Well confused.
I've seen both as well, fair few saying it is boring football playing it around the back with no attack, especially at home. We're used to playing it around the back instead of moving it forward though

Because they’ve had weeks and weeks to sort it out. If they wanted rosenior when he was at hull they didn’t move for him. When he was sacked he didn’t jump to the top of the list or they’d have appointed him already.

It’s been a month since he was sacked and nearly two weeks since hull hired their replacement. Its clear he was well down the pecking order.

They’ve had months and months to interview candidates. Unless they’re interviewing thousands or interviewing one a months there’s no way it should be taking anywhere near this long
It feels like we’ve slipped back into mick beale territory where the first cheap available candidate who’s willing to work with the existing setup gets the gig. So frustrating when the whole point of letting last season die a slow painful death was to buy time to identify and recruit the best man for the job.

Hearing that his style of play is very boring most of the time and subs cost.

I hope he’s learned from that
You tube highlights real appears to be just one solitary goal so possibly on the boring side. Will also have to be assimilated into the safc model and find a way to win with both Speakman and Dodds telling him what to do.

Apart from him having a full season in charge of a team he kept up the previous season, and got them on the verge of the play offs.
Didn't realise that actually, I'm still not sold mind. I think after all the cashing around and time spent searching it's a little uninspiring. But maybe I'm just not being realistic and also uninformed.

I do think the one plus for rosenior if he's appointed, in terms of fans backing, is that if results aren't great, certainly initially, he won't be the target of fans frustrations. I think that will almost be universally aimed at speakman.

Thats the problem though, this could be a happy accident, but it screams terrible planning all the same. Given we're unable to beat others finances, we have to beat them through being brighter, rather than luckier. This isn't that, its an absolute cluster.
Agreed need a better operator on the first team

Been said a few times in various different ways but…I’m not actually against the appointment of Rosenior (if it happens), I’m just annoyed in the process it has took for us to get to this hypothetical point.

Haway Liam lad FTM

Regardless if he deserved to be sacked at Hull or not, if all rumour is to be believed the club have been flashing their ankles (and possibly a bit of thigh at Still) and no-one has fancied having a go, even Rosenior seems to think he's got more chance at the end of the night with someone else, but might be willing to put up with us if it looks like kicking out time is getting a bit near.

We definitely aren't what we think we are when we look in the mirror (we being the owner / management team) and that's a sorry state of affairs. They need to fuck off the pancake makeup, get down the gym and then have a good old scrub and exfoliate. A dash of classy perfume wouldn't go amiss.

A novice, sacked Hull City manager is waiting for something better than SAFC to come along. Shocking.
