It’s terrible. And my favourite is the ‘rosenior is free’ unlike will still or jansen I assumeI've asked this several times mate and all I get back is either "Dodds" or radio silence. Lazy, boring patter, spouted with no real substance.

He doesn't need to be sacked but he should not prevent any prospective manager from bringing their own assistant(s)People had no problem with Dodds when he was back room staff for neil and Mowbray, just now he was HC it’s a problem
If he steps back from assistant I’m happy. Doesn’t need to be sacked
True mate I mentioned the wages in a later post but I was just using it as an example that KLD wasn’t the penny pincher people think he is.What about money spent on loan players fees and wages?
Carvalho, Twine, Zaroury, Giles etc
Fair point mateI really wouldn't be taking transfermarkt's valuations of our signings as gospel. And hull's wage bill was way in excess of ours.

It happens in Italy, but not over here.Yep! Its just now managers get put on gardening leave when sacked so clubs can get something back.
Rosenior having a three year contract, Hull would be daft not to!
Mowbray had Venus alongside him.
Disagree.Mowbray had Venus alongside him.
Alex Neil has Canning alongside him.
The fact Dodds has been promoted to a more senior coaching role means he is more prominent. After the debacle of last season him and Proctor should be nowhere near the first team coaching group.
That is completely incorrect.
Disagree.
He was before that just not as assistant and did a good job. Players like him, he does something right, he’s just not an assistant or head coach
They do it at instruction of the HC and assistants. For example LR will tell them what drills to be doing or what he wants them to work on. Teaching them what to do. The coaches don’t just go run sessions of their own backI’m struggling to see how any mananger can be effective without some of his own coaches they are the ones that actually show people how to play football and instillthe style of play
Maybe by being a coach in a team that won promotion one season and finished 6th the next despite one of the lowest wage bills and youngest squads. What did he do a good job at?
He was a coach and worked with the first teamers on individual stuff and other training exercises. Just because he failed at a HC role doesn’t mean he wasn’t good at his previous jobWhat did he do a good job at?
You’d be surprised how many still don’t believe Still accepted the job before Lens came in.I appreciate he’s got copy to write but I suspect we could all have reached the same conclusion about what happened with Still.
It’s the where we go from here bit which is what I was referring to as guesswork.
It seem crazy that after KLD’s statement last Friday Phil Smith is writing the club should be near finalising the process by this coming weekend !
Was that before he throw the players under the bus after each defeatDisagree.

Yes, they still like him.Was that before he throw the players under the bus after each defeat![]()

No just people crying about Dodds Speakman KLD and whatever else they can complain overHas there been any suggestion that Rosenior wouldn't have any of his own staff?
