This was it with Mowbray. I wasn’t disappointed we’d moved on from him in a football sense purely because I naively believed we’d already lined someone up that was the next level up to help us make the next step. No-one can convince me the day Mowbray was sacked/let go that Beale was on any kind of potential list.

& that’s where I feel we’re at now. Without a plan reacting to situations rather than controlling them.

Personally wouldn’t be upset if it’s Rosenior, but they’d upset me if they made out the appointment was all part of a plan.

We have set our absolute stall out to get Still, to be fair to the club he had agreed the role then Lens situation came along and he decided otherwise. What has happened after that particularly around Jansen is extremely frustrating.
