He reminds me a bit of Jeff Whitley.

If he had played like Bridcut on Saturday he would have been panned.

Shows how football has changed in ten years.
Give owa, Jeff Whiteley, seriously. Poor mans Cattermole was Jeff and Im not a Cattermole fan.

:lol::lol::lol::lol:

Don't even know where to start with this. He was absolutely fine, played well intact, did his job very well.

Being at the game you see a lot more of his work that goes unnoticed. To compare him to Whitley after one game is hilarious

You mean ten years ago when the very successful Chelsea team was being built around Claude Makelele? Aye, it's unrecognisable since that time in that respect!

I bet he did you rat. Took you into his confidence. Go and boil your head, I wouldn't trust you with a cup of tea.
I was getting dogs abuse that very night, much like the Poster ur slagging was, on another thread along the same lines demanding pics but there was no way I was gonna put any pics up here. This lad obviously didn't feel the same way and posted his pics. But make no mistake the only person who 'shafted' Bardsley was Bardsley himself not the lad ur criticizing here.

I f***ing hate stats, embarrassing how many rely on them.

And when did this crap about "nobody else wanted him, he can't be that good" start. Another absolute idiots sentence.

could not agree more or this crap. He was cheap so he cant be any good Another absolute idiots sentence.

Some stats are reasonable and give a reflection of the game, shots on goal etc. Possession and action areas mean very little. Spurs pass the ball around their back four a lot, but the stats will say the other team was dominating with the spurs defence under pressure due to the action area stats.

Other things like 194 long passes attempted 0 completed say a lot too.
