Why does boylie not like em? Too difficult to put back together?

Also PJ Camera Repairs in Newcastle-under-Lyme said it's their policy not to repair fluid damaged products.

How difficult can it be? The lens is fully manual...

Got some. I am exploring official channels first, for insurance purposes, before I destroy the lens.

Actually my mate is an optics expert at Net Park and could probably do a better job than me.

Try the lens doctor, based in Glasgow. Fixed my 17-40L after it went in a stream. Got it back in as new condition
