Was doing single leg dead lifts Jan- April.Anybody do single leg squats / single Leg deadlifts ?
I do lots of them but with a suspension trainer.I do pistol squats (body weight) every few weeks, mobility seems like an issue for some when they’re trying to do them.
They’re tough like. Have you tried counterbalancing with a light plate held out in front of you? Holding my heel also helps when I do them.Was doing single leg dead lifts Jan- April.
