I never thought he was given an automatic capable squad and now its confirmed.

I think Speakmans recruitment strategy completely shafted him. Its been literally men against boys.

I can’t think of anything worse than having a pint with that bullshitting little twat
Then you have a very limited imagination. I’d imagine I’d have a few pints with him and learn all sorts about the people running our club. He’d be good crack.

I noticed that in his “ leaving speech” he acknowledged Speakman but not Methven or Donald. There again, he might have been blocked from mentioning those two.

I think Keane would have been a massive appointment for a League One club, I'm surprised anyone would disagree with that tbh.
I think the slight mistake is the idea that Keane or Allardyce would 'guarantee' promotion or even a win last saturday. I wanted Keane but I realised there were obvious risks. I am watching West Ham and its amazing how good a job Moyes has done and yet he badly flopped with us. Obviously there were many factors but football often doesn't go the way logic suggests. On balance I'd choose Neil over Keane but I've been wrong plenty of times over the years.

There are just as many risks involved in appointing Neil, Keane had an advantage in that he has history with the club and fans. This is Neil's biggest job even though he's "taken a step down to league one". He should be privileged to be here. I don't think he knew 38k had attended against Doncaster until he was informed in his first interview, he looked surprised/shocked.

He’s another one who could make our eyebrows curl if he ever spilled the beans, I’m talking about Moyes. He’s never said a word about it. None of them do.
LJ should buck the trend and have a few pints and tell,us what we don’t know but deserve to know.

You can always tell when a managers confidentially agreement expires as they suddenly starting popping up all over the place on TV newspapers interviews etc.
