Lee Burge get out of this club!

And Flanagan has always been a liability so don't understand how anyone is surprised.

Vast majority of that squad is not good enough. IF they are good enough then their mentality obviously stinks.

Was it Flanagan who made an "almost as bad" back pass earlier? I'm sure there was another that left left Burge very little room; I think he kicked it out for a throw on that occassion.

I'm giving 80+% of the blame to Flanagan for that. The only thing Burge could have done differently, given his position, was just nudge it out for a corner. He had less than a second to make that call.

mind if had played it out for a corner this place would have went mental. Tell me ONE time a keeper had played the ball out for a corner man ffs

Sums up just about everything in this Club,
In a nutshell a joke !

That goal reflects the bottling, desparate performances the players have put in consistently over two months, it reflects the pathetic recruitment policy which results in players like Burge and Flanagan pulling on our shirts, it reflects a Manager who is totally clueless in turning things around and above all it reflects every failing we have had over the last few seasons resulting in defeats from teams who were in the Conference three seasons ago.

We have had enough if this garbage !!

A message to the board. ..... this summer. ..... please get it right and give us a team we can proud of.

I'm not sure what he's supposed to do with that back pass other than nutmeg their striker? It was an appalling backpass right into his feet with a lad a yard away.
Farther Jack, take another look at it on Flushdings vids. The backpass is not Ideal, Burge knows he's being closed down, he knows he will drive it at him and it could go anywhere, which it did.

If Burge thinks all this in the plenty of time he's got he changes foot, plays it out for a corner with his right foot, he's got ample time to do that watch it back......this game is that simple. Blokes brain dead.

So I guess that this place just sucks it up as one of those things. We play the percentage game and on this occasion it went against us.

Obviously not, and it would have gone mental, but that going mental would/should have been directed at Flanagan. I've mentioned above, I think it was him who delivered a ball, almost as bad, earlier on.

He's a keeper not a midfielder mate. If it was even played either side of him fair enough but it was slow and into his feet.
I agree he never got his feet right mind.
