Hi, anyone leased a car before? Any suggestions of decent companies to use etc for private lease? Thanks in advance

quite a lot like LINGsCARS.com - Mobile but i’ve always found them expensive tbh
Brilliant customer service and customer portal.Lings. Dont let the website put you off. First class service
Leasing only seems to useful if you’re the kind of person who buys new though.
and low mileage. always seems a lot more expensive for the miles i do.Leasing only seems to useful if you’re the kind of person who buys new though.
I can’t believe anyone buys new cars anyway. That first year hit seems ridiculous when you could just buy a year old. That's the point really. So you can have a new or nearly new car every couple of years without having to pay full whack for it.
If nobody bought new cars Dave there'd be no 1y old cars to buyI can’t believe anyone buys new cars anyway. That first year hit seems ridiculous when you could just buy a year old.
I dont get it either- my lease costs for 2 years is just slightly more than the VAT i would have paid on the car if i had bought it brand new from a dealer.I can’t believe anyone buys new cars anyway. That first year hit seems ridiculous when you could just buy a year old.
It's more like the opposite Dave mate.Leasing only seems to useful if you’re the kind of person who buys new though.
It's usually the cheapest (or thereabouts) in my experience.I dont get it either- my lease costs for 2 years is just slightly more than the VAT i would have paid on the car if i had bought it brand new from a dealer.
I understand discounts are available and no one pays list price etc but, on the other side of the coin is depreciation so i still think leasing my motor for 2 years is a far better option.
lings may have good service but over the last 6-8 years i have found them to be far more expensive than other lease companies.
If the customers were getting the better part of the deal the deal wouldn’t have existed in the first place.I dont get it either- my lease costs for 2 years is just slightly more than the VAT i would have paid on the car if i had bought it brand new from a dealer.
