Is that high tide on the bridge shot or are you unaware?

The tide table says that the high tide was at 12.12 pm
The photo was taken at 12.35 pm.
So it seems it was on the the turn or on the way out, but as the high tide was only 4.2 m it was not an exceptionally high one
Lots of plastic, rubbish etc. higher up the riverbanks from the last high tide and storm surge.
