Latest boxing crack

The biggest name on Jarrell Miller’s CV is Tomasz Adamek, the 31st ranked heavyweight on BoxRec.

In his last bout, he fought Bogdan Dinu who's ranked 56th.

He will now step into the ring with Anthony Joshua for the WBA, WBO, IBO and IBF world heavyweight titles.
This...it's an absolute pisstake, and if anyone pays good money to watch that they needs their heads looking at...

It’s on tonight at 7pm. There’s sure to be a stream for boxnation. Search twitter and there’s a good chance you’ll find one on there.

Sauerland?

Hearn would seem the logical choice. Already has a few fighters at the weight plus another North East fighter to stick on Kelly/Ritson cards up here.

Santa Cruz got paid $1 million for his defence last night whilst his opponent got $20k

Little wonder he hardly ever fights a decent opponent these days when he's getting that sort of money for routine defences, also explains why Haymon fighters are generally so inactive. Not saying that the other big promoters don't have their faults but Haymon and the PBC really are an absolute stain on the sport

I’m thinking of going over to watch it live :)
Why not, flight not too bad...8 hrs.

Get pissed up.

Why. Set up as good a fights as anyone last 2 year..

Given how much more world level talent and financial backing they have compared to everybody else they should be blowing every single one of their rivals out of the water rather than merely keeping up.

The vast majority of their top fighters don't fight often enough and don't fight enough big fights to make up for the inactivity and whenever they actually have to promote the fight themselves rather than rely on Showtime they're about as effective as Fat Mick. Also they pretty much refuse to work with the other big US promoters at all unless it's a mandatory title defence so the likes of Spence vs Crawford and Loma vs Mikey are pretty unlikely to happen any time soon

Not seeing how they are a stain on boxing like, and I would add I’ve seen two free to air cards from pdc on British telly this year that are far better than the 1 matchroom/sky farce which had a British level headliner at best.

BT Sport and Fury announcement coming up

There's talk of BJS vs this guy BoxRec: Shefat Isufi for the vacant WBO Super Middleweight title. BJS has never had an official fight at 168, outside of sacking the middleweight limit off and ballooning for a tune up and christ knows how the opponent has got himself up to the #1 spot in the WBO rankings - Ramirez recently vacated that title. It'll probably land on the Warrington-Galahad card to try and justify it being PPV. Warren left that option open with the 'unless something big is added to it'.

Bit strange having a Fury announcement at 12.30pm UK (7.30am EST and 4.30am PST) if it is to announce the Wilder fight as most in the US will still be asleep. Unless it's just a BT extension or something, time will tell.

He’s signed with Top Rank/ESPN

Article on Independent suggests the Wilder fight is now at risk.

I’m not up on boxing politics enough to know how true this is
