- Kell Brook (36-1-0 25 KO's) defends his IBF Welterweight Title tonight against Errol Spence Jr (21-0-0 (18 KO's) in what is seen as a genuine 50-50 fight on paper, although Spence appears to be the slight betting favourite. There are so many unknowns about this fight which make this so intriguing, the big one for Brook being about how his right eye will fare after getting his socket broken by Golovkin last time out however he looked in absolutely superb nick at the weigh-in yesterday which appeared to put pay to any doubts in regard to his ability to make 147. As for Spence, he's been widely touted as the next P4P sensation by the Americans for some time now and whilst he has looked very impressive so far there is no doubt that this is a huge step up for him and it'll be interesting to see how he handles the away crowd
- The chief support sees George Groves (25-3-0 18 KO's) get his 4th, and surely his last, chance of earning a world title as he faces Fedor Chudinov (14-1-0 10 KO's) for the vacant WBA Super Middleweight Title. On paper this is a fight that Groves probably should win, probably on points, and it would be very difficult to see a way back for him if he loses tonight. Hopefully he does the business as there are some huge domestic fights to be made with the likes of Callum Smith, Chris Eubank Jr, and most significantly, a rematch with James DeGale
- In Stateside news, Michael Conlan picked up his 2nd professional win in the early hours of this morning and will be fighting on July 2nd next on the Manny Pacquiao-Jeff Horn undercard
