Wilder accepts terms to fight with Joshua in U.K.

ESPN reporting that wilder has accepted the terms in contract to fight Joshua I’m the UK with a possible rematch in the USA.
Sounds like Wilder's camp have bent over to make this deal, doesn't it?

Problem now is Povetkin who is mandatory for Joshua’s WBA title, if he fights Wilder next does he stand to be stripped?
I guess he gets a shot against the winner, although sounds like it's going to be 2 fights either way. He'll be paid off no doubt.
Probably fight the winner of Whyte/Parker which should put him #1 contender across the board really.

Luke Jackson lined up for Framptons homecoming fight at Windsor Park. Not exactly the high profile bout he and Warren were hoping for. There's been a bit of bad luck in terms of Selby losing and Valdez being injured but fans will feel shortchanged.

Fury on the bill should help shift the tickets right enough.

Feel sorry for Frampton should of been guaranteed the winner of Warrington/Selby.

Surely this will already be sold out given it's Frampton's homecoming?

Dillian Whyte vs Joseph Parker undercard announced today.
Katie Taylor vs Kimberly Connor
Connor Benn vs Cedrick Peynaud
Joshua Buatsi vs Ricky Summers
Kell Brook vs Brandon Cook

Conner Benn rematch with Cedrick Peynaud is anything like the first bout should be a cracker.

Have to say like it’s not a PPV event, I’d rate it the same show as what Dillian Whyte vs Lucas Browne was and that wasn’t PPV. I’m in Ibiza anyways that week so I’ll miss it.

It is literally just a case of filling PPV quotas, but even then, the card is petty bang average at best. Shocking fight for Brook, I'd rather Taylor wasn't on. Decent fights for Benn and Buatsi, but then again, they could have been on NxtGen cards instead of regular Sky cards, nevermind a PPV.

They'll be using the AJ fights as a yardstick and how one had him in trouble and the other one wasn't dropped, it'll be a bit like that time when Cleverly and Bellew were arguing over who was knocked out less emphatically be Kovalev and Stevenson when selling their PPV .

I usually do cave in and buy them in the end, but I'm adamant this one won't be purchased. Shite.

tbf, the Whyte/Parker fight would suit being on a HW title fight card, as usually happens. Or maybe a double-header with Fury's 2nd/3rd fight if it's actually a proper fight.

Otherwise, its a premium channel, but not PPV level fight imo

Problem is, Hearn has us over a barrel.

You don't want to pay it - yet people will.
