Going to see a show tonight at the Empire and won’t have time to eat before so will be looking for something afterwards.
Most places will not serve after 9/10:00

Been about 10-15 year since I got in the Moti regular but they used to start getting antsy about getting you to leave come 11-11:30pm.

I could be wrong - their website used to state 11.00pm - but I went there with last year with Mrs Coat (no), and I heard one of the waiting staff telling another punter that they decided to shut at 10.00pm now.

Used to be Annabels back in the day and sometimes just nip round to the Mot for a curry, never thought I'd see the day last orders was 10PM

People used to do a runner canny often too.

We used to roll into the Moti about 11.30pm on a Saturday night in the 90s.
Curry and a couple of pints, then ask the to call you a taxi, which they did to get rid of you.
It would turn up in the back lane and you avoided taxi queues.

Happy days.
