No idea. But a weekend without seems unimaginable. I have the occasional day without. And i do recall two days once. But a weekend ? A loooong time ago.

I don't touch a drop through the week but then I hear people at work who don't drink and say they have been paintballing with there mates sober and it makes me ill

Been doing it for years now marra, can't see me ever being a piss head. I rarely binge drink as I don't drink to get pissed.
