Great point. I’ve always wondered why players of this ilk aren’t offered jobs straight away. He’ll do no worse than any manager they could get in the same predicament. Fair play to him. Superb player. Decent fella. Improving all the time.

Aye I agree, it’s a shame Ferdinand hasn’t gone for it as I think he’d be decent too.
