Because of my new shifts I have to work that weekend otherwise I would have been all over this (especially at 20 quid). Gutted, I'll just have to hope that my shifts change again and I'll be able to go, even if it means paying a bit more
Stay at the wessy or the shipwrights , only a short taxi ride ower the a19 bridge and pre book one for getting back. Wouldn't of thought it would be that expensive for a nights digs at either of those.

Think the other bars were selling fosters, Smith's, strongbow etc. Not sure though as I just drank from the maxim bar all day

The usual stuff, Fosters, Strongbow. I did the Maxim bar fir the first few hours, then bought cans of Red Stripe after so I could buy a few & keep them in my pocket.
