Kodi stream blocking "game changer"

Amen brother
It's an outrage that for Liverpool, Manu etc followers that the cost per game for them is significantly less than it is for the less fashionable sides. We happen to be on Sky quite a lot at the start of this season. As I am with BT I can drop the Sky option fairly easily. When our coverage tails off I will go down the Now TV route to keep the cost down.

One day someone at the TV companies will understand that the best atmospheres for their televised games are when the fans are partisan and that partisan fans can take or leave tv games that they are not involved in. When that happens we might finally see all games broadcast live in the UK.

Yawn.

As soon as one door closes, another one opens. They are chasing their tale and need to accept that things have moved on.

They need to follow a model similar to NFL Gamepass.

The missus watched our game thru SMania and it was excellent she says. Not the game of course but the stream.

It would seem that its only the PL that is being targeted.

Apperantly just been on their forum & they were having issues on their matchday section

But people were having no issues with the other channels some where

I left at 1230 & I had the start of the Swansea match on sound wether it stayed like that obviously I not no

I'd have no qualms of putting my hand in my pocket and paying any company to watch Sunderland. Hell I've paid just for the right to listen to them as it stands on our website. If sky were to copy Ifollow and bring out a scheme to watch your club it would be a roaring success. Sadly they don't and therefore I normally have no choice but to PAY sportsmania for that right. Equally I refuse to pay 50 pound a month for a sports package from Sky that shows 5 Sunderland games a season. It seems every country in the world is allowed access to all games apart from the UK - I get they want to keep the stadiums full but they really aren't giving people much choice which is mad considering the quality of product they could deliver to every football fan.
I pay Sky £11 a month for all the Sports channels including HD, and I've watched 3 of our games this season.

Gamepass still has black outs though.

If they followed the same route, you'd still need Sky/BT to watch all the matches

I signed up to Nord VPN today for two years ~ £69
I also signed up for NBC Premier League Pass for the season ~ £38.

It took me quite a time to get the sports package to work, flash player issues, but when it did I was getting 8mb/s for the stream, definitely HD quality.
So basically you've signed up for the USA's version of NowTV sports package ;)

They are only showing 130 of the 380 games with that $50 (£38) subscription. They may not be the same as the live ones shown by BT/SKY though. The other 250 games are only available to those who have the main NBC subscription.

So all day yesterday SM is off. Switch on this morning and every channel working

Question: what is the point of blocking for 6 hours? Why don't they block for 24/7?

Aye that's the terms of the court order, the UK ISPs have been told to use traffic analysis to block streams during the time of EPL matches

Those that have ruined the game are now crying at people viewing it on the cheap, f***ing load of shit anyway.

Premier league is shit, people believe what they are told to believe.
