I quite like Johnson but we have been poor for a good few weeks, Gillingham, Portsmouth and now looking at they’re form even Bolton seems like we made harder work of it than it needed to be.

Saying that though, I feel like a group of our supporters made they’re mind up on Johnson within a few weeks and jump at any chance they have a dig at him but blatantly ignore the better style of football he is trying (and has done) implement.
Given the shambolic end to last season and recent hammerings he is a lucky chap to still be in a job.

We need a big performance on tuesday otherwise many supporters will be absolutely correct in asking questions of the manager.

If we continue to concede free kick after free kick in dangerous areas, as well as letting the opposition put cross after cross in without any pressure, we are going to have games like today quite often.

Totally agree mate. Only Stewart came out of the game with any credit today.
No point you replying as you don’t see it.
Not being drawn in to an argument with you as your blind.

Yeah he learned a lot from the Portsmouth and Charlton games.
It’s not easy to change quickly marra. We either stick with him and give him time to do what he says or change manager which hasn’t worked well for us in the past.

Bear in mind we can still be near the top of the league if we win games in hand so, yes it’s disappointing and embarrassing but it’s not a disaster. If we keep losing then clearly change will have to happen.

He and the players need to have some pretty open and direct conversations.

Personally think it’ll come good but totally get why people are pissed off.

Choosing the wrong manager hasn't worked for us

Rotherhams easiest game of the season. Full backs none existant, just walk past them and pop the ball onto the centre forwards head ad nauseam.
It's been the same most of the season, we have just been lucky.

We were bullied again, yes we are not a physical side, but can we not overcome a big physical team by quickly moving the bsll and running at them with pace? Obviously not as we look like we cannot pass water and are running in treacle.

Knee jerkers, jog on with that woeful shite man. We've been f***ing garbage for as long as anyone cares to remember and there's no sign of it changing. Been dry bummed by Pompey, Charlton and now Rotherham in a few weeks.

Last season at home to Charlton when they showed every man and his dog how to play us and our two central defenders couldn't win an aerial ball it was a defining moment. Everyone then knew they could have a go and how to go for us.

This season the defining moment was Pompey. Too many got caught up in the waterlogged pitch and didn't see our naivety and how we couldn't adapt or compete physically, it was brushed over.

Now we're seeing sides being aware we leave ourselves quite open in terms of numbers and space and not always able to compete physically and aren't really organised at the back. also how we have a tendency to overplay in tight defensive areas and they're trying to press us more, rather than sitting off us allowing us to break them down.

We have enough in our attacking play to overcome that much of the time, but against decent physical sides we leave a lot to be desired.

Fair enough. However, if there is another poor performance and result on Tuesday I think the fans will have every right to have a go.

Big week for him.

He needs to get up here and sort it out.

They attract circa 9k fans each home game. In no area should these have an advantage over us considering the backing and infrastructure we have.
Whats on the pitch makes the difference mate or you start to sound like the ‘special ones’ up the road.

This League is about being fast and physical... obvious from day 1
