Exactly can’t say coloured nee more

I am not sure what the fuck you can say any more
Coloured is off base but of colour is fine, no wonder people who don't really care get confused, now people especially the media are terrified when describing someone to mention skin colour, it's ridiculous.

People who dont really care, what is that all about? I am f***ing amazed at the new names that come up for various people and their sexual identities and colour (I am allowed to say colour?) of skin, is there a dictionary that updates on a daily basis with the next new acceptable term, I dont think its people who dont care, its just a load of PC shit. I reckon some wait until a word is in popular use, then get offended by it and bring out another one, just to keep them being on the front page

I mean it's not at the forefront of my mind what is the latest in vogue description of whoever I'm trying to describe, as you say PC gone mad and making up reasons to be offended because the only people who are racist are white.

You're both wrong and ridiculously outdated in your views.

I think he’s got pace, which we don’t have a lot of in this squad. Also, when I’ve seen him he closes down defenders which Parky seems to like. Would love to see him prove himself here.

Not really just ask a black person what they think and they'll tell you have that the use of the term 'coloured' is demeaning.

Hi everyone,

Our strike force consists of Charlie Wyke, Danny Graham and Will Grigg. So even if he can just stand up and kick a ball this is a good thing.

Cheers
He looks fast, but standing and kicking a ball were probably his worst qualities. Like a headless chicken.

Because he/his agent apparently wanted guarantees of first team action when he'd barely kicked a ball for the first team, he was dropped from the U23s for being late to team meetings and the club offered him the chance to use the facilities in pre-season which he declined to do so. On the last point he says they told him to stay away due to quarantine but Parkinson has intimated that wasn't the case. Both sides will obviously be twisting things slightly to make their position sound better but there's a bit of smoke around him for there to be no fire.

But, if he signs a contract and gets his head down, great. He wouldn't have been the first kid to do something a bit dumb.
We can put out any fire but tend to agree, he’s looked at his options, we’re the best so he’ll likely sign. Nothing wrong from his perspective but it is a balance of risk for us. We could well wind up paying more in wages for someone who doesn’t really want to be here than we’ll ever get back in fee or compensation.

The thing is if it's not relevant there's no need to mention it. The original statement would have made sense without the word coloured. Adding the word unnecessarily to a negative sentiment is only done for one reason.

To be fair there’s rarely context where they even need to reference it. Don’t often see “ white” as descriptive language.

Well said mate. The most mild mannered of people get hauled over the coals for stupid little mistakes they are not even aware they are making.

I think it's fairly easy mate - I've been aware that 'coloured' wasn't appropriate for decades. It's a term that my parents used but I don't and neither do my kids.
