Kieran McKenna perfect fit (managerial suggestion)

There’s a very good chance he’ll be a Premier League manager in a few months. He won’t be coming here any time soon.
Looks a good un, mind.
Yes totally agree but what I'm trying to say is it's great getting the right young players in ,who I totally love watching by the way,to get the right manager in would push us on to greater heights
Dont think Ipswich will get promoted personally
Fair enough but got to admit what he's doing got to be noticed

Cant argue with what he’s done so far, just think Leeds and Leicester will be too strong and experience will get them over the line. Play offs however anything could happen

Liam Manning would be the man I'd like us to go for next summer.

However, if you wanted to go down the Maresca/Carrick/McKenna route then Jack Wilshere is a shout. Highly rated coach and in charge of Arsenals youth team
Jack Wilshere couldn’t even get his team to the correct town yesterday, the coach went to Bournemouth instead of Brighton.

Liam Manning is the obvious choice for any club operating a First Team Coach type model. At three clubs his lowest win percentage is 47%, with the other two clubs coming in at 48%. This over 140 games. It's quite a statistic. You'd go a long way to find better stats than that at any level.

It's amazing how people forget how close Sunderland were for being lost in the wilderness only a couple of years back.

Mate, yer can’t keep hanging onto this, we have moved on rapidly but we can all see we have glaring issues, some Speakmans fault some Mowbray, some times it’s even the wind and rains fault….
We have stumbled and have no plan B, if a team stops Clarke and Robert’s we are toothless because Mowbray has set them up to only know one way of playing.

TBF you could say the same about TM. Took Blackburn as far as he could and 5 seasons on he did the same, never able to push them onto the next level. I see a similar pattern here.
The difference with Mowbray is that we know what his level is (we’re about at it now) whereas McKenna could be a top manager in 5 years’ time, unemployed or anywhere inbetween.

It's the sense of entitlement i feel some seem to have, the same stick they use to beat NUFC fans with, this is all my opinion of course and how i see things.. You see things different and that's cool. We can't all agree all the time.

That’s crap mate, you can’t agree to disagree, you need to double down and fight tooth and nail for your point of view, those are the smb rules 😉

I do love Mowbray and hes done a stellar job so far however this season there has been instances that concern me. Most of all I dont think hes brave enough to make game changing decisions, his tactics yesterday were very much Steve Bruce like.

Yes, the good thing about Mowbray is he is steady. You can see there are a lot of Championship clubs would be happy with that. But a club the size and structure of Sunderland should only desire to be competing in the top division. Whether McKenna will be in the Premier in 3/5 years with whatever club remains to be seen. I am pretty sure TM won’t be though. This IS his level.

Think you'll find Leeds fans think they should be fighting for promotion, Leicester fans think they should be, Boro fans think they should be, quite a few others as well. Based on that, why is it if our fans are pissed off we once again don't look like fighting for it but might make the playoffs it makes them Mag like?

We are currently still enduring the worst ever period of the clubs history and we are supposed to be happy because if we aren't we sound like Mags, it's a f***ing bizarre argument.
