If he's going to be 1st choice CM i really fear the worst.
Why?

Maybe it means spending big money on a left back?
wish the club would stop pissing about and just sign someone like Milner.
You forgot to mention that they all look alike..............Ki...Ji.....it's the same old shite......give them time.....technical players......one did it in Germany, the other in Scotland but neither have managed it where it counts. Surely they play the same f***ing role anyway.
Why?
Makes sense....spend all the money replacing someone who doesn't need replacing while bumming a player who can't get a start for his current club for the position we are desperately weak in.
Because he's determined to see the worst in everything?
Or realising after we've tried all summer that player is not available and we can try again next summer in the meanwhile we get someone in on loan that fits Di Canio's profile and Rose might be available next week?
Errmmm....in the same way Swansea did? Not that we have the players for that. It was a bad signing, made worse by the fact we were asking him to chase hopeless balls into the channels. Doesn't change the fact he did well for them.....or that Ki is a good player.[DOUBLEPOST=1377286462][/DOUBLEPOST]
As opposed to some people who see it through rose-tinted glasses. Haway man...Swansea want shot of their record signing just 12 months on......Why?[DOUBLEPOST=1377296622][/DOUBLEPOST]
Fair comment!I've pointed it out mate...two non scoring CM's and a 1 in 3 main striker coupled with a 1 in 5 2nd striker. That should leave us needing about 25 goals from the rest of the players just to scrape enough to stop up.
Different players in different systems, it's difficult to know who many goals who will get surely? For example Cabral is hardly known for his net bulging antics but he had more shots on goal than any other player on the pitch last Saturday (ok he barely troubled the keeper!) but he has obviously been given licence to roam forward and the confidence to have a pot shot now and then, if you don't shoot you don't score and I think this season we'll see a totally different , more positive mindset than what's gone before (especially under MON)I've pointed it out mate...two non scoring CM's and a 1 in 3 main striker coupled with a 1 in 5 2nd striker. My rose tinted glasses got stood on by Murray. You can spend your supporting life cowering in the corner, 'oooh it'll be crap, it always is', or you can accept the real world and that we just don't know, so why actively choose to make yourself unhappy.

How many successful teams (in fact how many teams full stop) have two non-scoring centre-mids....and that's on top of a 11 goal main striker and a 7 goal 2nd striker (last season)...who's going to score the f***ing goals.
We're playing with four out and out attackers and looking to get full backs forward too man. Do you really expect to see us push one of the two right up field? Get a grip man.
He was the best passer in the division last year and had ninth best return for accurate long balls. Ahead of Carrick, Arteta, Yaya Toure. Only two outfield players out passed him in this regard. He played 195 long balls of which 172 found there intended target. He only passes backwards mind, I read it on here.
We've already got Gardner, 8 goals a season. Problem solved
Pleased with this one. At the end of it, Jonathan de Guzman is a better player, but we're by no means getting a bad one.
...ffs, it doesn't affect my life outside of here. I've long accepted my fate as a Sunderland fan. It's just banter man.
