We'll agree to disagree mate..;)

Ted man, I know nothing about him beyond his stats and a You Tube clip. What I can't understand is why some people are adopting an entirely negative stance over a loan deal. He looks an improvement on Seb so why the fuss?

Unusual option for us[DOUBLEPOST=1377325876][/DOUBLEPOST]I know nothing about him, but if this is correct he isnt going to fit in

Let's be realistic: a player like Ki who has never attained adequate fitness to play Swansea's style was never going to be very important in a the 22-man squad Laudrup wants to have. If you're going to have a squad that small, you have to be sure that everyone is ready at a moment's notice to play. Laudrup cannot wait around while Ki gets fit.

Sorry but, as the first reply to that 'article' points out, that's just 'blah blah'.

No fuss, It's just an opinion mate, If he signs and does well, I'll be happy as the next man, fuck me! what the hell's wrong with this board, when a person can't hold a different opinion?
I've been very positive about all our signings and I'll back this lad if he signs, I just don't think he's the man with the keys (I f***ing hate that expression) that's all.

Plenty of folk hold different opinions and are good crack on here, just looks to me as if it's always the same old faces bitching and moaning about absolutely anything. Not that I'm including you in that camp mind, I tend to ignore the usual suspects.

It doesn't help when you have a little band of people on here, that pounce on anyone that swims against the stream, they come wading in, insulting people, because they have a different opinion, the thread gets derailed into a slagging match and debate fly's out the window.

Read his stats man he's about 4-5 for most key passes in the league! And thats in limited appearances! Your just guessing and talking shite because Its not someone whos name is always in the paper.

The facts are down on paper u can't argue with that! And remeber that's in a lot less games than the players above him

Just makes it even more surprising that they are happy to get rid a year after making him their record signing....and just on loan.....surely with those stats he should have been 1st name on the team sheet or snapped up.

It seems to me that there are other reasons regarding fitness and/or attitude that you are choosing to ignore.

The insults are a highlight for me.

Some are pretty funny like, but most are just tedious repetition, but! I suppose if it gives them the feeling they are some kind of Superior supporter, they'll keep letting their mouths go.

Of course. I was referring to the more creative offerings.

Why? Posting an opinion won't make the slightest bit of difference. Presumably you either don't rate him or think we are the wrong place for him?

The latter.

I rate him as the best current Korean footballer. I've always thought of him as one of the three most talented of the core members in the Korean national setup since he was a teenager.

You don't think the style in which di Canio/di Fanti are wanting us to play [rather than how we played last season] will play to Ki's strengths?

If he's asked to play a deep-lying playmaker who's given licence to roam and charge forward into the box on occasion, then yes. That would play to his strengths. If the squad plays like last weekend, then no.

Today's central midfield selection ends any argument as to whether we need him or not imho. He's now better than both of them in there.
