thanks for the abuse. you can apologise on sunday.
what do you think the team is doing in training this week? they are working on team shape.
doesnt take it to be the smartest guy to see what the team is looking like.
Might be right as ilovki is Ki himself and Poyet already spoke with him.

Stated earlier in press that the team will only get to find out team on Saturday afternoon, however they will get an idea of team from the drills ran on the friday i think it said. Im calling BS

Really annoyed at this and ruins the final a bit for me.

I hope the team still wins as know how much it means to sunderland who is a great club and he can do a job from the subs area perhaps.
Hope you are wrong as we play our best stuff with him in the team

If putting a shift in consists of running around doing naff all aye, in reality he contributes close to nothing.
You have a poor understanding of the game if you really think this.
He's not my favorite either but don't think you can deny that his work-rate is a positive aspect to his game.

im sure if ki is on the bench at the start he will still play a part in the proceedings , its a team game and all the spirit and will in the world will be required against an excellent Man City side , team spirit will win us the cup

Didn't abuse you but pleased you haven't taken offence at my non abuse. On Sunday I'll be at wembley so unable to apologise I'm afraid...

8 or 9 players he has decided on, if ki isn't currently starting then he will be at least in Gus's mind to start, KI hasn't played well in the Hull game or the Arsenal game but is still one of the first names on the team sheet.

So lerriz get this straight, according to this board today we're playing giacherrinni on the wing and dropping ki anarl? Canny big changes for a final, too many and bullshit I'm calling

If Ki doesn't play Sunderland won't win - it's as simple as that.
He's the most technically gifted of our centre midfielder, the only one who's comfortable on the ball and able to play the clever pass.

As the OP says, the players will not be told the team until Saturday but they should be able to work it out from the way they have been training, Poyet intimated as much in his interview on safsee.

I thought they were travelling down today, so it may be tomorrow before things become a little clearer. Ki has been decent off the bench (Mags at home) and we know he can pass it even better when the game opens up.

If Giacherrini plays we could be lightweight down the left, so maybe Gus is looking for more tackling by bringing in Larsson as well. With Fletcher and Scocco both not fully fit, we are a couple of players short. Whatever Poyet does will be a bit of a gamble.

Seriously if this turns out somehow to be true it would be disappointing. We need our best two retainers of possession on the field otherwise it'll be a long afternoon of chasing without the ball I'd suspect.
