Khazri

Cannot understand how people have come to the conclusion Khazri has a bad attitude. He was treated like shit all last season and you barely heard a peep out of him.

If anything he was trying too hard whenever Moyes gave him 5-10 minutes off the bench. He was trying to force things too much

If he is overweight and I very much doubt it, he is still capable of putting a shift in and more than capable of both scoring and making goals. A bit surplus lard is neither here nor there. Didn't do Gazza any harm. Like I say I think he's big boned the physios would go apeshit if he was genuinely overweight. Like a lot of myths on here this one has got really silly now and needs putting to bed.
He's a good player. He does look a bit chubby. He has a sort of lethargic run at times, more of a jog. Those big bones seem to be around his belly.

I can't see him staying. I don't think he'd want to stay and I think the club will want to move him on as he's one of not many that will attract a fee.
How much though mate and we'd have to replace him? 5m and 30k a week off the books? I'd rather he stayed, than bring in 2 plodders for the same wedge. He seems to have a smile on his face and wants me be involved from the albeit, little I've seen.

It's a risk hanging onto him for me as he clearly stated at the end of the season he didn't want to play in the Championship. He may have a smile on his face and is wanting to be involved currently but will that still be the same if the window shuts and he is still here

We have a few players in the same boat as Khazri, such as Oviedo, kone and Djilobodji, and if we got a decent enough offer for any of them I'd let them go

I'm not saying I agree. I just think that will be the club's position. I think even if we did want to keep him then he'll want away - credit to him for getting his head down, working hard and keeping a smile on his face but I can't agree that he'll be happy to be here beyond the close of the window.
But yeah, £5m-£6m and the wages off the book ( I think our wage cap for incoming players will be less than what Khazri is on) will force the club's hand. I just really can't see him being here come 1st September.

Need to try and keep him and get him back to how he was when he first signed and under BSA. Can be a game winner when on his game and we need a bit of spark in midfield as we have f***ing zero there at the moment with Gibson/Rodwell and the other bags of shite.

Moyes f***ing crippled him and we could end up losing him because of that f***ing prick. Not surprised he wanted to fuck off. Probably our most creative midfielder and Moyes just benched him constantly.

I think he'll be class in the Championship (if he's happy to be there) and I think we would have fared better if he'd been motivated and played more last season but am I the only person that thinks he was average or poor in more games than he was good under Allardyce?
Allardyce himself even publicly criticised him, dropped him/dragged him off unceremoniously early in games.

He was put in the same bracket as Kirchoff and Kone for me as he arrived at the same time and his name began with K but he was nowhere near as influential as the other 2. I still think he was decent enough mind and was excited to see him have a full season in the PL last year but we both know how that turned out

Really? I thought he was instrumental in some of our big performances. Notably the win against Man Utd, the fightback away to Liverpool and the fantastic win to cement our position in the league against Everton. Not to mention his wonder goal against Chelsea.

I thought Khazri was good enough in that run but not as good as either Kirchoff or Kone personally, I still thought he would do well last season though and he probably would have under Allardyce
