Playing well so far. Hoping a decent tournament gives him some positivity and passion to come back and at the very least play for a transfer. He is showing the work rate and glimpses of creativity that made him so popular last season. Even if Moyes doesn't rate him we don't have the options to leave a player with his ability out.

Only explanation really, to not even give him a try with the state of the squad makes no sense. Even if you ignore his creative ability and talent at set pieces, we've been desperate for a wide player who is willing to protect his fullback since Watmore got injured.

Sure someone will be along soon enough though to question his fitness or attitude though.
