He can do what he likes, it was well done IMO, you dont agree fair enough, but he is entitled to defend himself as he sees fit.

Not doubting the stat, but how could they know that? Surely the only place that can determine whether someone is guilty or falsely accused Is in court and therefore, by definition, 100% are correctly proven innocent or guilty.

Court is the only place that can determine guilt but almost no cases go to trial.
