Lazy and not prolific, although an obvious talent

Cheap but known to sunderland fans.

This is like the anti sunderlands fans choice. He didn't kiss the badge though

Aye. Never the same afterwards. Before it he was frightening, big, strong, quick, mobile, he had the lot.

I still remember the terror on Sol Campbell's face.

Strange that he came back having missed 3 month of the season and scored 12 goals for somebody who was finished like.

I'd take him back as a centre half. He'd still score goals going up for corners.

Why does he want another big lad up front? Surely a more nippy fox in the box type would compliment what we already have better. Might be way off but he could be looking at 4-4-2 with sess away or hopefully on the left wing.

Who's the other big lad we've got up front? Given Wickham rarely plays.

Says something about our progress when we go from letting Stoke have players who can't get into our first team, to wanting the ones that can't get into theirs.

Never seen John Terry dominated in the way Jones did, he was frightening that day, same with Sol Campbell as someones already mentioned.

Sadly, those games were very few and far between.

One thing to recommend him. Seeing as Stoke still owe us £2m from the original transfer fee we could get him back for a low investment. If cash is scarce at the present time it might well make sense.

Was more along the lines of we have wickham and fletcher as more of the back to goal hold up strikers, so IMO more of a pacey striker who runs in behind would compliment us more with what we have.

Love Kenwyne me.

Not sure if getting him back would be the right thing at the minute (not that I'm very convinced it's even in consideration), but we should never have sold him when we did.
