I feel your opinion on Jones maybe bias looking at your user name
Yes sir, yes you are.
I definitely wanted to touch more on that but he had a meeting in about 5 minutes when he said it all.Enjoyed that Keane, Bruce and Redknapp are all as you'd expect them to be tbh.
Also even Jones thinks the trees are too small at the training ground!
Discussed fully on the pod mate.Never really gets a mention, but when he wanted to play, the lad was superb!
Was it John Terry said he was one of the hardest Forwards to defend against?
Interesting about quinn trying to be a bit underhand as well. Gives credence to the Bent saga not long down the line. Not necessarily the wrong business model, but when you buy shite to replace it with it is.

What could have been, if he never got that injury he would have went on to be so much more. Love the lad me, laid back as they come but totally unplayable on his day pre England game.
Amazing interview this. Absolutely loved him. Quality insights re: Keane, gutted for the lad and his knee, could have been stellar for him, but still had a great career.Apoligies for sharing my stuff again, but figured plenty people would like to hear this.
Strong opinions on Keane and Bruce, great insight and, I must admit, he suprised me at how honest he was about stuff.
Good sense of humour too and, on his day, one of the best I've seen in red and white.
It was a joke mate chill the fuck outGenerally biased against all accusations of players "stealing a living" when said players contributed immensely to some of our happiest times of last four decades, aye.
Put aside Reid era and that Keane team was the happiest I've been, I reckon. Jones huge part of that - best player we had first season up.
Don't think these are wildly minority views, as the thread shows.
As podcast states, if he hadn't got that injury he was off to Liverpool, so aye.
That's lovely of you to say mate. Kenwyne was great. Wonderfully open.Amazing interview this. Absolutely loved him. Quality insights re: Keane, gutted for the lad and his knee, could have been stellar for him, but still had a great career.
Working on it!Enjoyed that, seemed to only last 10 minutes when listening. Hope for a part 2 at some point soon he seemed up for it
Love the bit 5:02 in where he talks about how Keano used to tease him about not being fast even though his long legs gave the impression of speed. Vindication at last. Good lad is Kenwyne.Apoligies for sharing my stuff again, but figured plenty people would like to hear this.
