There'll be lots of clauses making sure he doesn't get six or seven years compen. if they sack him but no clauses that they don't get a big pay off if some bigger club poach him

He also took over at a very well ran club, that although it had lost a number of key players appeared to have made a decent fist of bringing in or already having replacements available to step right in.

Great first season achievement but not a patch on what RLB has achieved.

Hasn't Andrew's also had a fair bit of experience in the English game too?
