Kasabian at Isle of White festival


They’re excellent value. Thought they’d suffer without Tom, but still hold it together. Best band I’ve ever seen at SOL when they supported Oasis.

Serge is woeful

It isn’t that he is woeful. It’s just the new songs aren’t as good and he is no where nearer as good as Tom.
Kasabian are a proper cliff edge band. First album still stands up. After that, plummet.

Another Noel Gallagher. Just didn't have the presence or voice to sing/deliver his songs.
With Tom they were a live band, 48:13 was a terrible album but when they toured it, they were brilliant.

Nah, went to that tour. Was shite IMO. Became a karaoke sing along live act. That was the last tour I bothered with them. Even Tom was cringe worthy "name of city, come on" every few songs.

Wouldn't go that far but absolutely stole the show that day. I've never been a fan but they were on top form that day
