Just watched...

In The Heat Of The Night, cheesy? Surely not?

It’s aged brilliantly, it looks great.

If anyone needs to know, it’s basically about a town in the south, and a black cop from the north. A bloke has been killed, he happens to be in town at the time, it goes from there. Anyone who likes a crime thriller, will like this. Unless they’re brain dead.

In The Heat Of The Night, 1967.
Sydney Poitier, Rod Steiger, been meaning to watch it for years, was on BBC 2 when I got in. Quality film.

Was pretty tense watching it, makes me irate too.

But aye if anyone is wanting to watch it you can probably get it on the Iplayer.
Sidney Potter always plays a black guy?
