Pathetic.

Just been in the club shop and there’s about 10 actual replica kits available to buy, that’s it. Was told that’s it for the season, they aren’t getting any more.

Bloke in front of me was buying a lasses top for his son cos that’s all they had. Asked if they had any socks in stock and they said not the official ones but we’ve got plain red ones which look just like them. Joke

Absolutely disgusting .
We are ran like a pub team

It’s one thing to get stock numbers badly wrong one year, but to be so out of it again is ridiculous.
They’re doing the club out of money and the fans out of the chance to support the club and wear the new kits, as well as doing themselves out of money - it all seems crazy to me.

I managed to get the red and white full strip for the bairn the day it came out.

The pink one I got the top and socks and was told the shorts would be back in soon that was 4 months ago

The bairn wanted the yellow one for Xmas and they’ve got none.

If you need the socks the plain Nike ones are just the same and I'm pretty sure you can pick them up for under a tenner.

Within a couple of weeks of release they started having problems with kids kits. I've seen people on here saying buying from DH Gate is taking money from the club's pocket, but the reality is it's the only place you can get some kits.

It's mental it keeps happening, it's not just money out of the clubs pocket but surely js too?. If I was their owner I'd be livid at whatever manager is f***ing things up with their biggest seller I'd guess and local to boot. Unless it's the club f***ing it up.

f***ing amateurs the lot of them

It keeps happening because the contract hasn't changed, I don't think they're looking at it season by season and thinking 'we need more stock' they get what the contract dictates. Fortunately this is the final season.
Absolute shambles on the retail front yet again.
It's not really yet again it's more a case of still.

If you look around at any home match, especially when people are in their shirts at the beginning of the season, there are so many DHGate tops - easy to spot as they have 'Vertu' on the back so ironically more realistic than the official replica kits.

The numbers we must have ordered must have been miniscule.

Honestly its like Del boys barrow
They should
Put online what you are making ,get customers/supporters to pre order + add a % ,everyone's happy

Is that too much to ask?

I think the way kit deals work, the club make very little from individual shirt sales so it’s not hitting them in the pocket hard enough for them to care. Bulk of the shirt sale money is tied into the contract up front. I’m guessing they picked just sport because it’s most lucrative for them which means we can’t have been particularly in demand because they’re practically amateurs.
