Morning marra. Community worker. Making contacts and identifying people in need and then finding support to help them.
Very rewarding job Becs....
I'm having a nightmare here...

Trying to give Wesley a haircut in this heat...

Him being black he really feels the heat, it started off being a trim, he's now had a grade 0 all over....:D

He's not keeping still which makes it difficult especially as I can't chase him round the garden anymore...

Heyho....he wont need the groomers which he was booked in 3 weeks time, will put that £40 towards pints with Sis and a few other soft southern mackems 🤣🤣🤣

Afternoon
Certainly not!
Afternoon Rip

That was my first thought as well 😂
Good afternoon
We usually go abroad three times a year. Twice as a couple and once with daughter and grandson. When we go as a couple invariably it’s to Skiathos Town. We’ve been there that many times that we know where everything is and we are friends with a lot of the locals. It’s a great chill place. When we go with daughter it’s to an all inclusive place with Tui who she works for( at the moment) She gets to go for nothing and we pay a fraction of the real cost. These places are ideal for the grandson.
I’d written off any foreign travel for this year but was speaking to her yesterday about it and there are some bargains for September and October. She quoted one for All Inclusive in Turkey end of September £1200 for all,of us in a 5 star hotel. We went to it last year and loved it.
So who knows ?
We won’t be visiting Skiathos though. No flights from Newcastle this year and the prices are very steep.
That’s the extent of my International Jet Setting. I e saved money this year by not having a holiday but have earned nowt for three months so savings have taken a hit.
I’ve got stacks to try and get refunded mate.
Normally on 40 flights a year so it’s been a right old slog.
Like you I have written off this year. First trip of any new year is a cheeky cheapie over to Benidorm. Stayed in the same hotel 14 times and would recommend it to anyone. That good I always say if u don’t like it I will pay your bill.
Had no takers thus far

I wish I'd seen that 😂
Perfect for you - good luck.

Thank you 😘

I see some bargain to lindos yesterday, some bargains to be had in September/October. You checked flight prices? The ones I booked 4 weeks ago have gone up 450 quid (for next july)

Morning cloughy I worked in Kazakhstan for a couple of years where it ranged -40 to +40, it was weird in winter when all the trees just looked frozen and dead then come summer they just burst into life. There was no Spring or Autumn it was just like someone throwing a big switch.
Afternoon, Music, la. I find that really interesting. Something I'd like to hear more about if we ever meet in person.

By it’s hot out in the garden. Lindos is nice and will be warm in October. My bro and sis in law who will be here in half an hour go every October. Crete and Cyprus warm late Sept early Oct.
