Jumper on the bridge

It's the questions they leave unanswered, what was the cause, what made the place they were in so dark that the only option they could see was to do something so final.

Banish those dark thoughts mate, don't ever let them gain a foothold, always think of your son, he is going to do you proud, your going to look back on bad times and smile, because you weathered them and saw the rainbow and clear skies at the end of the storm 👍
Thank you my love, life is tough but so am I ;) xx
Equal parts good and awful to hear... Good that you can make that choice to put the bairn first though. If you ever need a friendly ear feel free to get in touch 👍
Thank you, means a lot 🤗

Genuine offer not just a cliche. You're right life can be really tough - we've got to stick together when needed, so please take me up on the offer if you ever want to get some shit off your chest, and that goes for anyone on here

That's a strapline that would never work for Covonia throat spray

That's it mate, devastating

Glad they are down, hopefully a cry for help and they get it, grew up with a lad who went over a few years ago, he never sat to be spoken down, just over, devastating for the family's who they leave behind, how do you get over it
They don’t.
I cannot speak for myself though.

So sorry to hear that about your friend Jon 😪. I'm going to be 💯 honest when I say that the thought has crossed my mind over the years but I've managed to pull myself out of the hole and choose to keep living as long as I can for my son.
LOP you always come across as an absolutely top person. And you're right, your son needs you. Plus you can tell just from the number of posters on here who would be happy to speak to you any time you need it that you're loved. Any time you feel down, get in touch, you're one of the gooduns and people care

Thank you ever so much, such kind words and I truly appreciate every one of them, brought a tear to my eye that has ♥️🤗 xx

During the first major lockdown some bloke jumped straight off, no clarting about, must have made up his mind and chucked himself down onto the pavement below . I was cycling along the riverside and if I'd been a few minutes earlier I probably would have witnessed it. A copper stopped me and wouldn't let me pass so I doubled back. Watched the air ambulance land on the jetty then I fucked off. Couldn't stop thinking about it for a while afterwards.

It's a very dark place to be, and when you are there, NO ONE can understand, because even you don't. It is just so important to have a glimmer of a future, and someone extending a hand.
You are a good person Mini. 👍

There’s a site about people who have jumped off the Golden Bridge. It tells the story of several people who jumped. All age ranges different sex etc. the one thing they all had in common was it was completely out of the blue. One person drove over a hundred miles and parked his car on the bridge and calmly climbed over the small railings and jumped.
Can’t find the site at the mo but will try.
