Watched Hacksaw Ridge on C5 last night. About Desmond Doss who enlists but won’t carry a weapon. Ridiculous concept. Didn’t know it was based on a true story till it started.
Amazing tale of bravery and as graphic a War film as you’ll see.
When it finished I still couldn’t believe what the man did.
Well worth a watch.
