Enjoy marra

T at gym this eve, bbq after.

one thing, she doesn’t have to wear a mask at the gym???? How does that work ????

I might have a pint, not much mind another long day tomorrow & I’ll be late on it 😳😞
Mint marinated lamb steaks and bratwurst 😎

Given up my gym membership, never been my idea of fun but certainly not atm.

Enjoy your beer, keep it steady as those contracts are ridiculous, modern slavery, money laundering and GDPR are my 3 favourite clauses 🙄

Good morning Mr Collins,
Its the school holidays and all the keyboard warriors sat in their bedrooms. Probably worse due to schools being shut for so long, well that's what I think. I occasionally have a punt to see what reaction I get :)
evening cfg, apologies for the tardy reply we have been up the coast most of the day. an occasional punt sounds like fun, especially if said recipient bites like FFFF. I know its shallow but it doesn't half make me chuckle.
Morning chaps and chapesses.
just got up to the news.

I know the other 2, have my policies in place for GDPR etc, but nivva seen the slavery one😄
I sent it to my accountant ( a mate who happens to be a senior partner in a biggish local firm) who just asked me if I was diversifying 🙄🙄😄😄

Never heard of that Becs, can you do it with chicken as I don't eat red meat....

Never done it with chicken but it might work.

It's just thin beef steaks sprinkled with garlic powder and chilli powder. Then cover it in soy sauce and leave it to marinate.

Then stir fry an onion, a pepper (you could add other veg if you want), add the meat mix and stir fry until the liquid reduces.

It's from Peru and it's supposed to be served with chips but I prefer it with boiled rice.
I’m back earlier than expected. The shopping trip was cut short as we got a call to say the mother in law had had a funny turn.
I’m pleased to say she is ok. I’ve dropped SWMBO off at the mother in laws. I’m awaiting instructions. It’s cloudy here 19 degrees.

Hope your MIL is ok 😘

I was concerned about that.

It's a small gym and he's packing the max in. There's a large rectangle marked out on the floor and split into 12 smaller rectangles that are 1m x 2m. You get your own set of equipment and stay in your rectangle, then sanitise everything when you've finished. It's seemed claustrophobic and I was concerned at what others might be breathing out too. He's whacked his prices up as well, so that put me off too. Decided to quit and just keep doing stuff at home.

Thanks. She is okay. She’s got Alzheimer’s and was having a funny turn. Worse than usual. I e just left her and she’s fine but thanks again.

Thanks Becs, I might try it soon especially seeing what Mrs. MK just dished up 🤣🤣🤣

She started back last week, just 2 classes a week, Pilates & Yoga??, pays £30 a month I think ( until next Jan when her cheap year finishes). I’m just pleased the drugs are allowing her to do it. 👍

That's reasonable and it's good that she can do it 👍

He wanted £199 for the first six weeks and then £99 a month after that. That's for three 40 min classes a week, plus support like weighing and measuring and diet advice.

It's just too expensive and I can't justify spending that much on a hobby.

That sounds loads to me, but I wouldn’t really know tbh. ?

My mate charges 25 an hour if that helps and that's down here

Bannatynes (unlimited anytime use of gym, pool, sauna, classes) with top of range equipment - £51 a month
Galleries Leisure Centre (unlimited anytime use of gym, pool, classes) with adequate equipment - £33 a month
@janey's Goddaugher runs classes in local school halls, community centres etc - £3-4 PAYG or £48 a month for unlimited classes and weight/diet support
Online apps seem to vary from £5-£15 a month, plus there's free stuff and I can buy equipment as I can afford to.

He just feels too expensive compared to the competition I think. I'm trying to justify this as I like him and I'd love to go back but I need to think sensibly about spending as money is tight with being off work for so long.

That’s a ridiculous price, would need to be Chris Maguire taking the class to justify that expense😉
