Morning Hank, Becs and all from deepest Buckinghamshire.

No beer or football today, hoping to catch up with Kevin Miles of the FSA after Sunday's shambles. For the police to now come out and imply that they "rescued" the situation by preventing the game being postponed is unbelievable. Looks like the cover up is well and truly under way.

Stay safe everyone, 48000 cases yesterday 🙈
Morning TVM. I’ve a feeling it’s going to get a lot worse in the coming weeks mate.
As for the investigation, I’d be amazed if there is anything like a meaningful one. The only people that want it sorting out are the ones that don’t matter. Us.
Morning lads. Nowt for me. Need to get this graft out the way then I can enjoy the weekend ☀️
Morning Becs
Morning all, what a glorious day. I’m grafting today but looking forward to a warm weekend.
Peaceful day to everyone.

I always had "work clothes" and "casual clothes" and never mixed the two. Maybe about 7-8 years ago it became the norm to dress down in the office but after about 18 months it was noticed that productivity had dropped and lots of the firms in the financial sector went back to suit and tie, with just dress down on a Friday. Putting on work clothes does set the idea in your head that it's work mode on.
Definitely KK Its the same here with dress down Friday but I do find I'm more 'professional' Monday to Thursday with a suit, shirt & tie on

Morning Hank, Morning All

It’ll just be the England v Pakistan T20 for the duck.

Walk and a bit Sunshine today, might pop to Brothers house later to see if Sunderland council (or local residents) have shifted the furniture we put outside yesterday, 6 items for a tenner, bargain.

Dog sitting in Alnwick tomorrow as family are away for the night for someone’s Birthday. Me and Mrs Duck will take the Black Beauty on a tour of his favourite watering holes.

BREAKING NEWS!!
Little Ducklng has been out of nappies for months, had first night out of nappies, BONE DRY!!!

Stay Safe 🌈
Morning Edd. Result mate. Haway the nipper 👶🏻 🐥

Morning TVM we now live it a no blame culture but it's everyone else'e fault.
My opinion the police woeful underestimated the amount of people who would be there with no ticket and the stewards were under prepared for people forcing their way in but admitting that would mean taking ownership of the situation and admitting accountability and we can't have that can we?

I imagine that Wembley is no different from other football and I think it would have been a decision by the FA and as to how many police officers were on duty in the immediate vicinity of the ground. Once it had happened then the police should have made sure they identified those without tickets, not sure if this happened though.

When we landed at the ground it would have been about half five it was absolutely heaving and I think I saw two pairs of police officers. I have to say I don't know who decides policing levels but whoever it is should be being asked how they came to the decision to send x amount of officers to police a major final and England's first major final in over 50 years.
Unfortunately all we will hear about is budget constraints

Should have called it a Euro Protest instead of a Final and police would have been shipped in from ar ower.

It’s blatantly obvious to the man/woman/other gender on the street that policing levels on those streets is not enough.

Thing is, it usually doesn’t affect those making the decisions to reduce numbers.
