Journey ( the band)

I first heard them in 1982 when I was in New York visiting my sister and brother in law who were living there.
They had the "Escape" LP.
Loved it.
Then they were on the MTV - so that was it, went and bought the cassette of Escape.
Still got it in my loft.
Steve Perry was an excellent chanter.

His first solo album Street Talk is a very good aor listen.

They're not everyone's cup of tea but some of their album work was great. My grown up kids know their songs and we will all be going not decided which venue Newcastle is closer but the arena at Leeds is much better than Newcastle.

I have an absolute intolerance to don't stop believing, it seems to be just me but I want to leave any bar that I hear it
